CASE STUDY | FUNERAL REMOTE ATTENDANCE SOFTWARE
Fact: 9 out of 10 funeral services today have loved ones who are unable to attend. This study best illustrates why working with a local agency that understands your brand and your customers makes all the difference. In this partnership spanning 5 years, we cover close collaboration, real-world impact, and digital marketing success.
TribuCast™ is a web app that has been thoughtfully designed to let family and loved ones privately attend a funeral or memorial service remotely, from anywhere in the world, on any device. Interactive context portals differentiate TribuCast® from live streaming software. It is a remote attendance system and service provided through funeral homes, connecting people in real time on a phone, tablet or computer.
Our role began with UX/UI of the Tribucast dashboard for funeral directors, live viewing web page, and the company website. The collaboration evolved into all areas of digital marketing with the goal of raising awareness of the benefits Tribucast provides families, loved ones, and funeral directors.

SEO & Content
With the personal and sensitive subject matter Tribucast helps families and loved ones with, SEO is handled with a very considerate and human approach. This is where a boutique digital agency like Aspire can be the most valuable partner, as each member of our team must be intimately familiar with the subject matter, brand voice, tone, and specific language that must be used not only to represent the brand but present this helpful service in a manner that does not resonate as insensitive.
SEO for Tribucast has presented other challenges we have helped to navigate. Pre-pandemic, we were able to achieve page one rankings with relatively little competition. In 2020, a surge of live-streaming solutions emerged, and, true story, one company cloned our website design. A majority of these solutions were a form of a cash grab, and though they contributed to fluctuating rankings, Google has awarded the rankings the company deserves through honest SEO.
